What The World Needs Is A Transparent Résumé Format

NOTE: I've made significant additions and improvements to yesterday's post about how résumé facts can obscure the truth of a candidate's true calling.

Also, folks who read the "comments" section already know that I have challenged my fellow blogger and creative résumé writer pal, Deb Hildreth, to consider coming up with a new format that looks traditional enough to satisfy recruiters, HR people and other résumé first readers without letting résumé facts obscure candidate truth.

And I'm working on a new kind of , too. Between Deb and I, maybe one of us will come up with a résumé that doesn't obscure the candidate's true talents and skills behind a bunch of misleading job titles or company names.
