Plants' Chief Of Staff : "I Have Spoken With The US Attorney's Office About Possibly Adopting [Dismissed Basham Felony Drug Case]"

Kanawha Prosecutor Mark Plants' Chief Of Staff, Dan Holstein, made a little St. Albans news this week.

It happened in an email he sent to Naydeen Wolf in reply to her email asking Plants' office to INDICT Timothy Dwayne Basham on his remaining felony drug charge, the one Plants' office didn't screw up yet.

Said Holstein " I have spoken with the US Attorney’s Office about possibly adopting this case along with the others that were dismissed earlier.  They will review the case and let me know something soon."

Holstein closed the email by inviting Naydeen to "follow up".

I'm sure she will.

I know I will.

I hope all members of St. Albans neighborhood Watch groups follow up.
